Think u Know E-safety Training

The course is a Training event certified by CEOP for anyone working with 5-18 year old children to enable them to deliver training on Internet safety to the Young People they work with. Camden Authority recommends that at least one person from each school has completed this training.

How ICT can support EYFS

• Gain an awareness of how to implement the statutory requirements for ICT in EYFS,
• Explore a range of resources to use with EYFS children including: Internet sites, digital cameras, simple voice recorders and electronic toys

Widgit Software: Communicate in Print 2/Symwriter

• Introduce delegates to the use of “Communicate in Print 2”, which replaces the Widgit programme “Writing with Symbols”.
• Hands on use of the symbol-supported desktop publishing package for creating visual timetables, signs, worksheets newsletters and posters
• Look at the wide variety of resources available from the Widgit web site to support the use of the new programme.
